DiagramAI uses file limits for stored diagrams and credits for successful AI generation or editing.

Plans

Business includes 3 seats. Each additional seat costs $12 USD per month and adds 60 shared credits per billing period. Seat increases can include a prorated charge and prorated credits for the remaining period. Seat decreases take effect on the next billing date.
Files in trash count toward the file limit until they are permanently deleted.

How credits work

  • Successful AI creation and editing requests consume credits based on actual token usage.
  • Failed AI requests do not consume credits.
  • Personal workspaces use the account’s personal balance.
  • Team workspaces use the organization’s shared balance.
  • The usage page shows the available balance and recent activity.
DiagramAI checks the estimated requirement before sending an AI request. A request can also stop without changing the canvas if the final charge would exceed the available balance.

Credit packages

A credit package costs $12 USD and adds 60 credits.
  • It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
  • It can be purchased for Free, Pro, or Business usage.
  • Package credits expire 365 days after purchase.
  • A completely unused package can be eligible for a refund requested within 30 days.
  • Once any credits from the package are used, the package is generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
For Business, choose the organization as the purchase destination when you want the credits added to its shared balance.

Subscriptions

Pro and Business subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Manage subscription on the usage and billing page to open the customer portal. After cancellation:
  • Future renewal stops.
  • Paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unused time is not prorated or refunded unless required by law or covered by the Terms of Service.

Payment provider

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record. It processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and disputes. Before purchasing, review the Terms of Service. For an eligible refund request, email support@eoeok.com from the address associated with your DiagramAI account.
